1. Our role
Medical Travel Greece helps coordinate enquiries and the practical travel services around them. It is supported by Round Travel, a travel company operating since 1987. The website is not an emergency service and does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a specific medical procedure, guarantee suitability or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Website information
Content is provided for general information and may change. We aim for accuracy but do not represent that every treatment, provider, price, facility, technology or travel service shown is available to every person or at every time.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information on this website. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
3. Clinics and third-party providers
Healthcare is delivered by independent clinics and professionals responsible for assessment, informed consent, treatment, records, outcomes and aftercare. Airlines, hotels, ferry operators, transfer companies and other suppliers are equally responsible for the services they provide under their own terms and conditions.
4. Quotations, bookings and payment
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Before paying, review the written quotation, what is included, who receives payment, cancellation and amendment rules, insurance requirements and costs that cannot yet be determined. Avoid non-refundable travel until clinical dates and the expected stay are confirmed.
Where Round Travel or another supplier issues a specific booking, voucher or service, that document and the relevant supplier terms govern the confirmed arrangement.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to the relevant provider
- Obtain passports, visas and permissions required for travel
- Arrange suitable travel and medical insurance
- Follow clinical advice, including restrictions and fitness-to-fly guidance
- Review all provider terms before confirmation
6. Liability and availability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Medical Travel Greece is not responsible for independent clinical decisions or acts, or for events outside its reasonable control. Specific rights and liabilities for booked travel services are set out in the applicable booking terms, supplier conditions and any written contract issued for the service.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, branding, layout and owned media may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the website unlawfully.
8. Changes to these terms
Medical Travel Greece and Round Travel may update these website terms when services, legal requirements or site features change. Continued use of the website after updates are published means the revised terms apply to that use.
